New Vietnam Investment Law: Tax Incentives for Foreign Enterprises Extended
The Vietnamese National Assembly has passed an amendment to the Investment Law, extending the corporate income tax incentive period for foreign investors from 10 years to 15 years. Enterprises in special economic zones will benefit from even lower tax rates. The new policy takes effect on 7 1, 2026.
